BRAND REFRESH

A clearer, more distinct Typeform.

WHY?

The brand looked good, but it didn’t stick. It was too broad, too polished, and not distinctive enough to feel unmistakably Typeform. We didn’t need a full rebrand (I tend to caution against those)—just sharper focus. The Now You Know campaign underscored something obvious: people use Typeform because they don’t know something and need data from people. This fed the vision for our refined brand vision: Change how brands get to know people.

WHAT?

Introduced elevated typography, a focused color palette, motion system, and a flexible “spotlight” shape symbolizing data as a shift in perspective. We also redefined the brand narrative and messaging pillars around empathy and curiosity, ensuring everything laddered up to our new vision.

HOW?

Brought the new brand to life across every touchpoint—product, web, and marketing. New design system and content guidelines, internal launch materials, and brand templates for company-wide use.
